Lollypop Moments

I am confident. I am strong. I am bold. I take action on things that matter to me. I stand up for myself. I take risks. I challenge others when I believe that they're incorrect.
The truth is that most of the time I am not these things at all. I have moments of strength and confidence. I occasionally task risks and I rarely challenge others.
But I am working on being all of the above, each and every day.
I am also working on becoming a leader - and not the type of leader who is going to save the world; but a individual who is able to be confident, strong, risk-taking and stands up for herself. And in doing such acts I hope to inspire others to do the same.
I had a 'lollypop' moment yesterday (watch clip above). A young woman simply told me that she believed in me, sometimes more than I believe in myself - and it was all about writing a report, that I didn't feel I was capable of doing! (Amongst other things).
And today I will be confident. I will be bold. I will take action on things that matter to me. I will take risks. I will stand up for myself & challenge beliefs that don't fit with my own.
I encourage you list down all those qualities you wish to be ... and start practicing them!
Maybe you will provide someone with a 'lollypop' moment ;)

Step Three: What You Think You Become
Where ever the mind goes, the body follows, hence why we need to change our mind about ourselves first.
